Our team is fully distributed across Canada and will remain that way. We'd rather invest in your growth, not an expensive office with ping pong tables and beer taps.

Flexible Hours
You're an adult and can manage your time. We respect that, providing you solid documentation to help guide you when you get that creative burst of energy at 9pm at night, or 5 in the morning.

Just because we're distributed, doesn't mean we can't hang out.
The value of in-person experience can't be ignored. We understand that human connection is far more effective in person, and work hard to maintain that through our annual retreat, and optional get togethers throughout the year.
